The future is here.

We strive for a future in which security is based on partnership rather than conflict. The process begins with an initial phase (“Alliance of Interests”), involving the establishment of a joint security coordination mechanism to secure the borders with Jordan and Egypt. Subsequently, a model of coordinated and joint command will develop in agreed-upon areas, while preserving each side’s existing security frameworks and their independent operational capabilities. At the federal stage, a joint command structure will be established to manage regional missions and border defense, with equal representation and a clear delineation of authority. The joint forces will not be deployed against civilian populations. In parallel, some of the existing security frameworks in Israel and Palestine may also assume complementary roles as a “national guard” at the local level. The process will reach its peak in the third stage, with the expansion of joint command mechanisms into broader regional cooperation within a Levantine federal framework.

The future of our society is based on guaranteeing absolute freedom of belief, conscience, and religion for every person, without coercion or discrimination. The federal framework to be established will protect all religions equally and ensure free access to holy sites, which will be managed under exclusive federal authority. Jerusalem will be a united city and serve as the shared capital. At the same time, to respect the freedom and conscience of each individual, matters of personal status and family law will remain under the exclusive jurisdiction of each state and apply according to the person's faith.

Our economy is designed to serve both peoples with a commitment to equality, social justice, and stability. Already in the first stage, we will create a shared internal market including a customs union and a unified currency based on the New Israeli Shekel. With the transition to the federal framework, a joint central bank will be established to manage trade and monetary policy while preventing economic shocks and bridging development gaps. In the third, regional stage, economic activity will be expanded with a "Joint Resources Authority" for the entire Levant region.

Our legal system will be founded on strict protection of human rights. In the first stage, we will begin cooperation through an "Inter-Parliamentary Assembly" that advises both parliaments. In the second stage, a joint federal constitution will become the supreme legal authority. A federal constitutional court will be established whose rulings will be binding on all authorities, and the justice system will be unified for civil and federal matters. This justice system will be expanded and replicated in the institutions of the future Levantine Federation.

We see education as the key to our future. Within the federal framework, educational choice will be guaranteed and curricula (of both Israel and Palestine) will be preserved in full. A joint authority will lead "peace-building education" programs, allowing each side to teach its history and identity without delegitimizing the other. Furthermore, Hebrew, Arabic, and English studies will be mandatory in all schools. In the broader regional stage, education will be promoted through a "Federal Council for Culture and Education."

The core of our vision is based on the principle of "non-domination" — a system where no state controls the other politically, demographically, or economically. Institution-building will begin gradually with professional councils for water and energy. In the federal stage, governance will be managed at three levels (federal, state, and municipal), and equal shared institutions will be established: a government, parliament, and presidential council. These institutions will be expanded in the third stage to all states of the Levantine Federation.

Our vision is not confined to the borders of Israel-Palestine but aspires to full regional integration. Already in the first stage, we will promote economic and diplomatic integration, and advance our accession to the economic zone of the Arab League or Gulf states. The federal framework is open to new member states, and the ultimate goal is the establishment of a future Levantine Federation uniting Israel, Palestine, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq into a space of peace and stability.

Our movement rejects exclusionary nationalism and sees the region's cultural diversity as a source of strength. Within the federal framework, Hebrew and Arabic will be recognized as official languages, and English will be granted special status. The federation will have its own flag and anthem that complement the national symbols of Israel and Palestine without replacing them. The cultural celebration will expand in the third stage: Kurdish will be recognized as an official language, and languages such as Aramaic, Turkish, Circassian, Armenian, and Persian will receive special status.

We envision a space without walls where every person is free to move. Already in the first stage, we will gradually promote freedom of movement and employment, implemented according to security and economic needs, while developing advanced transportation infrastructure. In the second stage, the right to move, travel, and work throughout the federation will be constitutionally guaranteed for all, equally and without discrimination, while operating joint controls on external borders.

Alongside freedom of movement, we will promote the possibility of shared and respectful residence throughout the federation. To ensure a harmonious transition that preserves social and economic stability, the movement of citizens between states will be managed through a joint oversight mechanism during a transition period. Our goal is to enable openness while absolutely preventing the misuse of internal migration rights as a political tool for demographic takeover of territories. As for immigrants and refugees from outside, existing immigration laws regarding the Jewish and Palestinian diaspora will remain under state jurisdiction and be recognized by federation institutions.
